Our racks are designed to hold up to 10’ wide sections of floor covering. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 roll capacities are available with adjustable brackets to allow for larger or smaller diameter rolls. Brackets and tubes can be added depending on need. 2-1/2” diameter tubes for material storage with cotter pins that keep rolls from unrolling. Each rack comes complete with four or six 6” casters for easy maneuvering and safety. Racks are manufactured in the USA using steel tubing for all applications with a weight capacity of 3600 lbs. The 34” width allows entry through a standard doorway (11’ long x 6’ high). A two handle manual aluminum hand crank is included. An optional power rewind system is available.
Protect your rack and gym floor cover with a storage rack cover made to order at our facility using flame resistant vinyl in a variety of colors. Covering your storage rack helps keep everything clean and out of sight. Add your facility name or logo for a personalized look.For proper weight distribution and safety when loading/unloading the rack you must evenly distribute the weight of rolled gym floor cover. Load from the bottom up; alternately from side to side and front to back. Unload the floor covering storage rack following the same procedure in reverse top to bottom.
Do not store a loaded rack system on wood gymnasium floor. The weight of loaded rack may put indents in some gymnasium floors if left in one position for any length of time.
